Plenum
The plenum is used to cover the clean room’s roof components, such as the filter/fan modules, the lights (fluorescents), and the wiring. Among other things, this facilitates cleaning by giving you easy access to components.
Control panel
The control panel, located at the air lock entrance, is used to group all switching on and reading functions of the clean room’s components, such as the fan / HEPA filters, the lighting system, and the differential pressure gauge.
